The current situation in La Palma has led us to take the decision, as you know, to freeze some scheduled work on the island, but we continue to undertake maintenance tasks associated with service assurance, and installation work and resolution of fiber faults at customers’ homes.

Therefore, we consider it necessary to remind you of the need to carry out the absolutely necessary work in the areas directly affected by the volcano, and to scrupulously follow all the health and safety recommendations established by the authorities and Civil Protection, both on the island of La Palma and other islands of the Canary archipelago, if necessary.
