• The First Vice President and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño, participated this morning in an event organized by the Financial Times and the European employers’ association ETNO.

Madrid, September 26, 2022. DigitalES, Spanish Association for Digitalization, applauds the statements made by the First Vice President and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño, in a new edition of the forum Tech & Politics Financial Times, in collaboration with the European employers’ organization ETNO, held this morning in Brussels. During her speech, Calviño acknowledged the need to find a “fair balance” of participation in the investments required by the digital economy. In this regard, the vice-president stressed the importance of regulatory frameworks evolving in line with the evolution of “relevant industries”, in reference to the growing importance of digitalization in the economy.
